I don't know if fasting is gonna do it, personally I would get seriously ill from doing that... Usually when I need some answers I bust out my trusty ol pendulum.  But then again, before I start asking my questions, I always ask all surrounding spirits respectfully to step back so that Only my Higher self can answer the following questions. The outcome is usually surprisingly accurate.. ~ But if you wanna talk to your spirit guide.. why not just start talking to him or her? They are always around you anyways, just waiting to be acknowledged so I would just start talking and expect an answer.. and if the answer doesn't reach you.. you could always ask them to repeat it a bit louder maybe.. I bet your guide would be more than happy to interact with you :) |
