In an effort to understand the world around me, I have collected a myriad of credentials and degrees over the years in the study of human psychology, spirituality, and interpersonal relationships and their effects on human behavior and growth. The sole purpose of my passion, research and work in the different disciplines has been to learn all that is possible on who we are, why we do what we do and what works to achieve personal fulfillment, growth, a sense of spiritual purpose and connectivity, and inner peace.

I'm a native Texan and I currently reside in Houston, Texas. I'm a mother and I love animals- I work with local shelters in the Houston area.
