In spiritual communities and in realtionships between spirtual individuals you hear and read the word, "Namaste" a lot. From what i have learned the word means basically, "The spirit within me, recognizes the spirit within you." Up until recently I have been using the phrase silently when i greet others and online, but without complete truth. (If that makes sense)Before now, i only said Namaste because i merely knew that whoever i was speaking to was myself in another form. I think many people say it this way. Now, when i say Namaste, it is the full truth because I see myself in all forms.

Now namaste is like looking in the mirror and saying, "Hi me!"
