The Past 3 to 4 days have been pretty intense waves. I am vibrating- almost shaky, and quivering. All night. My head is full with energy and it is not moving, and flowing or being relieved. It feels almost like if you have a head cold, and fluids are rushing in- as if in an inflamation response. I feel Dizzzzy. Very irritable, and edgy, impatient,and frustrated with everything. I usually do aerobics for stress management or swim laps. I just have limited energies today, and had to cancel going to the gym I could not make my class . I just cannot move- NO MOTIVATION. I am not sure I see anything specific that is causing this pressure cooker-solar flares or solar storms???? A lot of built up pressure atmospherically? I am also wondering about this time period November 15th thru the 20th and the energies manifesting.....if anyone wants to share their perspective on "the lineup" Earth/Gaia is facing.....Is there something brewing on the East Coast of the United States is it just the overall earthquakes everywhere.
