I have been experiencing the headaches for well over a year now. What I first thought was these headaches where a side effect of the ascension process, and that it was caused by the increased energies, the connecting of the pineal gland, and the restructuring of the dna into a crystalline structure. While this is true, I only just realized yesterday that this is a tool used to gauge vibration, and also something of a warning device that my vibration is slipping below the threshold. I was amazed to come to the realization that I can now control the headaches depending on what my emotional vibrational rate is. The biggest cause was work and stress, the next would be conflict and strife, and followed by just being in near proximity of those that carried a negative vibration. These things alone would bring a searing pain right behind my third eye and towards the back of my head. Now I realize this is telling me that whatever is happening is affecting my vibrational rate. I can now tell myself to let go of what it is that is effecting me, do some breathing exercises, muster up positive energy from my heart center, and raise my vibrational frequency up and poof the headache is gone. Nice tool and simple enough. Lower Vibration = headache, and Higher Vibration = feel good.

I guess to break it down a little bit more, the energies are here to raise our vibrational rate, but I didn't realize how it functioned. In essence the higher vibrational energy coming to the earth at this time directly conflicts with negative emotion, so when I am overwhelmed with stress, anger, fear or anything else negative the headaches take place. So the energies being beamed to us are doing their job, when I raise my vibrational rate away from those negative emotions to higher vibrational emotions of peace, joy, and happiness. Therfore keeping away the headaches, keeping my vibratinal freqeuncy up and keeping me on the path that I need to be on to reach ascension.

What a revelation, and I am now keeping the headaches away and raising my vibrational rate at the same time. I am learning more everyday and it is wonderful.
