~**~    Hi everyone  ~   Just following up from my last blog on experiencing the overlay of 5D energies and the
symptoms and feelings that went with it.    It was so exciting to read of others' experiences with the appearing
of different items around the house, and other little gifts from 5D !   Friday 13th was, as I stated, a very wonky
type of day like walking along a train corridor........all day!    Not to mention the nausea.........

~**~   Well, pleased to report that Saturday, yesterday in Australia, was much better physically.  
I felt the new energies were integrating nicely and my personal spiritual light was noticeably expanded.
When your light is expanded significantly, it feels like your body could light up a football field, well......
almost !     Lit up like a giant Xmas tree, for want of a better description.    Feeling indestructible.

~**~   With the extra boost of 5D energy comes a type of 'pushing out' from the emotional body some
old fears or any other matter that may have been plaguing you lately.   Mine appeared with a disturbing
dream of moving into an old house with a kitchen so small I hardly fit my derriere into!!   In this 'weird'
dream, I had left my male partner to choose our house.........and if it had been in real life, I would never
allow him to do such an important job again!!!   Also, if it was in real life, I would not even know him!!!

~**~   Well, I guess you all know by now what dreams can be like........all of these characters with faces
and no names appear and in that reality, we all know each other.   Anyway, that dream left an imprint on
me all day, but didn't take away from the added light and feeling lifted above 3D.   That's what it feels like

now, for some time, being lifted above 3D although living in it at the same time.  When I am sitting here in
my home typing these bloginis (yes, my new word for blogs), I am living within the new overlay of 5D energies.
And especially when out pottering in the garden and playing ball with the little ones, surrounded by nature.

~**~   My new next-door neighbour popped in yesterday afternoon, our houses are joined, duplexes.
She is a lovely smiling lady who has much difficulty in walking.   She brought over a photo of her late dog,
called Jack, who looks remarkably like my Charlie.   Pam adores Charlie and Charlie adores Pam.  
She came through my side gate as I was in the front garden tidying up, and we sat under the pergola.
I had recently rearranged pot plants and bamboo screens and buddha statues, etc. and it looked very
nice and she decided to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors.  Of course Charlie ventured to reach up
and ask for a nurse on her lap, which she happily allowed!!!  Multitudes of kisses and licks later, it was
time for Pam to leave and have her dinner and tablets........tablets are taken strictly on time because of
her multiple medical conditions.   It doesn't wipe the smile off her face, though, always smiling.........

~**~   So, today is Sunday and it has been a little drizzly with rain, just 'nuisance' rain as we call it.
The garden was still dry so had to hose the front shrubs.   The sun is now peeking through so I am
looking forward to walking the little ones down to the beach, just down the road.  It's just a little cove
with some sand that adjoins the mangroves where the birds breed.   After those higher energies landing
on Earth recently, I guess everyone may be also clearing out some old feelings, etc., which can affect
the atmosphere.   As in a blog I posted recently from another website, the Ascension is called a
PROCESS for a reason!     Gradually and in time these 5D enegies will permeate our whole Earth and
humanity, but in the meantime, don't forget that there are still the lower energy souls on Earth who are
finding it difficult to cope with higher energies, and this can bring out some unpredictible and unsavory
behaviour from them !!!     More violence and more crimes in our part of the world, quite noticeably an
increase in murders and violent assaults.  

~**~   Anyway dear friends, happiness is within, so that is what I am going to focus on and in turn this
energy will affect others I come into contact with on my walks around the neighbourhood.  We can't do
a thing about the rise in crime or any other occurrences around the world.   If one constantly focuses
on all the turmoil around the world and gets drawn deeply into that field of energy, it will align you with
them and pull you down.   That is the law of congruency  -  whatever you align your energies with is
what you take within yourself.    That does not mean we don't have empathy or compassion, we just
recognize that they are following their chosen ideals and acting them out.    It is THEIR way  -
