Good morning my friends . . .

I hope you had a wonderful experience on Earth Day!

Today, once again, I come to my sacred writing space humbled and softened . . my heart full of gratitude.

There are so many things for which I am grateful - and as I opened my eyes this morning I saw a bright new day. I recognized the gift in the first light that announced the dawn . . .I felt the pleasure of being able to stretch and move and breathe . . .and I once again, relaxed . . .and opened my heart to the wonderful things that will happen this day.

Rich, aromatic coffee . . .the gentle caress of my husband's gaze . . .the soft words of my spirit sister as we welcome the coming day together . . .the joyful greetings of three really good dogs . . .

It is indeed a day filled with blessings, and it has just begun. Deep within, I feel the vibrancy of my energetic body, resonating with that of my Creator. Sometimes I feel like I am flying. . .and perhaps, I am.

I bless you and your day with all of the love, joy and peace that is in my heart. It is also in your heart. What I AM, you are, as well. Let it overflow . . .and be Loves eyes, Its voice, Its touch . . .to everyone you meet this day. It is my gift to you and your gift to me.
