* I do this often and the words I use are awfully similar. I find instant renewel when I do this and take energy from the sun. Even on a cloudy day, if I can see the smallest image of the sun, I am able to glean some energy from it and actully feel warmth. Long time ago when I first began my path, I don't remember all the details but RA came through and touched my face. I had devoted myself to him and the Egyptian Gods. I now have a permanent mark on my face. It's not the only mark I carry, but its the earliest one I can remember.
