Recently, while I'm deepening into meditation, I come to a point where I begin to loose all sense over my limbs and body and start to get an electric sensation up my spine to the crown. Also, my vision starts to become dark around my periphery and beautifully patterned and I begin to feel like I'm moving forwards or backwards. My third eye chakra is always very awakened when I enter this point. When this begins to happen I get the strangest feeling. It is the kind of feeling when you're about to plunge on a roller coaster. I get so excited and also terrified at the prospect of REALLY letting go that I snap back into waking. I really feel like I'm on the edge of something exciting and wonderful but can't seem to just let it happen. Has anyone else felt or experienced this? Any insight is graciously welcome. love Allison
