Go outside and hug a tree really hug it!!! Put your arms tightly around it and turn your head so your cheek and heart can rest on the tree and squeeze squeeze squeeze.....kick off your shoes and wiggle your feet in the cool grass. Send your love to a tree a flower of even a blade of grass and ask that it be passed on to Mother Earth and all of Creation. Just KNOW that your Earth Star Chakra is there and FEEL it and the connection it provides. Feel the breeze and let it wash over you in a gentle embrace, then send your love out to creation on that same breeze. Notice the sun warming your skin and send the sun LOVE too. Hear the song of the birds and feel the matching frequencies of the Earth's song. See a bird swooping and soaring aganst the top of te trees that root so deeply into Earth. Watch a bug making it's way through life in this creation. Notice the patterns of the trees and flowers as they spin into beautiful form. Look at you feet touching the ground and simply breath up from them. Tell Mother Earth you LOVE her. Imagine yourself calf high in calming waters. See angels holding your feet to this Earth Let your hair fall before your eys in the sunlight and see the rainbows in you hair. ASk or intend that your being instantly ground with Earth. Look up at thr SKY an know that your Creator has made this place for you to learn and give your thanks. Be a tree a flower or an earth bug. Imagine seeing yourself through Mother Earth's eyes...Just FEEL at ONE with EARTH knowing that you are a child of Earth and of ALL Creation...
