Here is what the team informed me of sometime this morning in that in/out state of awareness. They told me it was time to integrate my shadow self from ALL PREVIOUS INCARNATIONS!!!! Good idea, makes sense, can't believe I didn't think of this myself. I have done a bunch of shadow work past few years, but it was only with my current Human and for this current incarnation. It was definitely a strong suggestion. Important too, they said to LOVE all these previous shadow selves, was also informed it was not necessary to identify any specifics or anything in particular that had occured in the past, just round them all up, LOVE them and integrate them. I feel strongly this is coming from the Venus Consciousness we are entering. So, thought that was interesting enough to share, Love, Karen
