Many of us unconsciously believe that we’re unworthy or defective.

We adopted this belief very early in our lives when the people we looked up to disapproved of our demands, wishes and behaviours.

We concluded that we had to learn to be good.

Unfortunately, ‘being good’ usually meant giving up our own differences or uniqueness.

We learned that we might get the love we wanted if we acted and felt like others wanted us to.

If we seek true joy and connection with life, we now need to remove these artificial masks and express our deep authentic nature.

NB. This is my last blog -- hope I have contributed somehow to 'adding value' on your journey of personal and spiritual development. Will occasionally add to the channeling section if I'm prompted to but it will be minimal. Will retain my INBOX for those who wish to remain in contact. .

Am moving forward to devote more time and energy to expressing more of my "deep authentic nature" which now wants to step more seriously --& joyously -- into my personal artistic expression -- both in dance & art...the student/teacher role will never be left behind...seems to be part of my natural "package" -- just put on the "back burner" indefinitely...

BLESSINGS to the many LWs I've had the privilege of getting to know on a more profound basis & to all the seekers and questers who are so courageous in moving forward in these turbulent, transitional times. Lastly, "we are never given more than we can handle.." a truism to keep in mind on a daily basis! :) I leave you in LOVE, JOY and a cascade of giggles...! ~Eva Sophia
