Don't forget that whatever you do, even if it is just the repetitive chores of daily life,
                                                   it can also be an opportunity for you to be highly creative.

                                As you focus, one task at a time, your work is no longer a monotony but an act of
                                          mindfulness which is the essence of true Worship and Meditation.

                                                      Don't wait for the time to meditate or worship,
                                             do it right now as I am doing when typing these words,
                                      my offering to the Universal Light of Love and Infinite Creativity.
