I have recently developed some clairaudience tendancies. I am really unfamiliar with this, and I have asked my angels to show me as much as I can when I can handle this.

Can someone please give me some tips with how to deal with this? Everything is really loud,ringing, static sounding and now I am hearing peoples thoughts along with feeling them! lol
