Anyone else feeling sick from the energies this past 48 hours or longer. Comes in sporatic waves. I am feeling it as nausea and light headedness, head pressure and sudden anxiety. Picking up on the chaos and having a hard time stilling the monkey mind. Meditation is difficult today as i drift into places of mental anguish.
This is exhausting. And it is not all mine.
