Feeling fearful, depressed or anxious? Love is the answer.
Deep down inside of everyone is an inbuilt fear ~ put there by life's conditioning.
If you feel depressed, anxious or often sad when on one's own, it is usually a lack
of self-love that gives an insecure feeling. When living on one's own it has been drummed
into us by society that we are lacking a suitable partner...............so much so that it has even been
turned into a business. All those websites who promote matching-up and meeting the 'perfect partner.'
Of course there is nothing wrong with meeting a suitable companion if that is what you are looking for,
but it seems that there is a business for every type of 'inadequacy' in our way of living.
It seems that in the (now) old way of living, it was pushed upon us from every billboard advertising
what we 'need.'
We are now learning, or will learn, that going with the flow of Life and allowing the meetings and other
events in our life to naturally unfold is surrendering to the Universal Flow which we are being aligned with.
Every soul is on their own individual path and maintains that path by not being coerced or side-tracked
by well-intentioned friends or even businesses who are only interested in making profits.
Having the confidence to stand on one's own feet and take responsibility for choosing one's own path
gives a real confidence boost within.
Time to shake off the 'weak' image and embrace the new You by recognizing that you have everything
you need inside of you if only you will recognize it and act upon it. Our inner-strength is soooo deep
it is like a bottomless pit ! Don't wait for something to pull you down so low that you have to test how
deep that pit is. Start dipping into it now with daily affirmations to yourself that you really are as strong
as you need to be in any life situation. I have found in the past that it is usually panic that creates the
fear and anxiety when faced with a life change. And many, I feel, are panicky due to all the fear-mongering
information peddled around websites about almost anything! Written by people who ARE in fear
themselves. The future has not happened and we need to be present in this now to deal with what
is in our lives, now. Take each day in your hands, look at it, then put your own stamp on it.
It is YOUR day so you enjoy it in the way that makes you feel empowered by NOT living in fear or anxiety.
