~*~ REFLECTIONS ~*~
Hi Friends ~
I just found a notebook with pages of my own observations about life after hubby died in 2005 -
I took notes for a few years, on and off, and found some written in 2007. Sharing a couple of life's
observations here for anyone interested ~
The whole world is a combination of ACTION and RE-ACTION to everything that happens.
We are interdependent in this way by a whole series of events that occur in our lives.
It shapes our perspectives and the way in which we perceive other people.
If we lived in total awareness we would not carry all of the "baggage" around of how others
treat and see us from their perspective and from the world that they have created, within
themselves.
By cultivating compassion towards others even when they are attacking you, you will not carry
the result of their attacks but see it for what it really is. This brings in the 'witness' where
you observe the actions and reactions of others instead of taking it to heart.
If others don't treat us kindly, they are not treating themselves kindly. Observe next time
you are verbally attacked (hopefully that never happens.....).
Learning through reflecting on our day from being the conscious observer. Life is our teacher
and we are all the pupils. Teaching and learning from each other ~ Everything you read about
in books happens in our daily life, throughout our lifetime. (11:33am)

Love and Peace,
Tara ~
