Appreciate this beautiful world around you

Appreciate the beautiful essence of you, within you, of who you are. There is so much to see that is filled with beauty, love and aliveness. Seek out the beauty that is within others and feel how much love there is out there regardless of the circumstances. A diamond is but a lump of coal before it experiences its metamorphosis, which can only happen under a lot of pressure. As you emerge from each experience in your life, you shine brighter and others will see your light and be drawn to you for they feel the wisdom and pure heart that you are developing along the way.

 
Let your inner beauty emerge. Sit with your eyes closed and focus on your breathe. As you begin to relax, imagine that your heart is like a beautiful Rose that is slowly beginning to open and as each petal unfolds, it releases a most beautiful fragrance that fills you and your heart opens even more as the scent permeates your being. In the center of the rose is the most brilliant diamond and it begins to shine forth from within you . Each time you greet another along your path, say silently to yourself, " The beauty and the love within me sees the beauty and the love that is within you." and feel the bond and connection this creates with others and all that is.
