OK, I do understand that I might be a tad bit 'odd' but does anyone else play with those little sounds you
can hear in your head? Maybe I oughtta ask IF you get that little sound in your head. I spose, I just sorta
assumed everyone did. Ya can't hear it except when you're in true inner silence, or close to it anyway. When
you can hear it it's sorta like a ringing, or a tone or buzz or something. I always sorta figured what I was
hearing was my personal energy signal. Course nobody told me that, so I could be totally wrong about it, but
it feels right. One of the things I've been trying to do for a really long time is to get every cell in my
physical body resonating with that sound/frequency.

It's not that easy to do cause mind keeps on 'watching and evaluating' but I've been trying for ages anyway.
I dunno why exactly. Maybe at some point I thought I could just vibrate on outta 3D, but it doesn't actually
work that way. Now it's become a sorta personal challenge. Now and then I can almost 'get it'. I can feel
parts of my body resonating with that ringing/buzz noise, but until last night I could never get the whole
body 'going at once'. Last night I finally did.

Until last night I always got these really strong little electric shocks along my feet and legs, and those
shocks have always sorta shifted my attention away from my resonating and onto the physical reactions. The
shocks don't actually hurt, but you sure can feel them, and 3D mind/brain immediately 'takes over' the
thinking processes when that happens. Last night though I set an intention NOT to be shocked, and what do
ya know, it actually worked. Well, I dunno if that's really why the shocks didn't come, but I'm gonna take
credit for it anyway.

So there I am, trying to get the body to resonate with this sound on a cellular level. I gotta admit, mind
did it's best to interfer but somehow I managed to get around it and get the whole body, or what felt like the
whole body anyway, vibrating in harmony with that inside the head noise. I don't even know how to put that
experience into words. It was totally amazing and magical and felt absolutely WONDERFUL. What my mind saw
in this experience was something like hydrating. I know, sounds weird, but what happened was that I felt
exactly like a desert must feel when it gets rain. It was like I was just absorbing something into myself
that fed every single cell some sorta magical 'cell go-juice' or something. I could actually feel myself
sorta expanding with it, strengthening maybe. Made me think of how a wilted plant might feel when it gets
a nice big drink.

Naturally, as soon as I started thinking about how it felt, I lost it. Mind got all nosy and started trying
to figure things out and the resonance slipped away. Dunno if it's something you learn how to do once and
from now on I'm gonna be able to 'go there' anytime I wish, or if it was a one off adventure, but GEEZE it
felt good. It felt like nourishment for the soul. Like the magic formula to make all my 'parts' harmonize
with that inner music...and the cells responded by dancing jigs in there. I can't say for sure, but I have
the idea that I mighta even been shining just a little.

Now, assuming I'm not just odd man out here, you guys gotta try this. It's the MOST AMAZING sensation. All
ya gotta do is hear that in the head noise and harmonize with it, or resonate with it. I'm not too sure what
the difference is between harmonizing and resonating with, but either way, give it a shot. It's soul food.
Or at least that's how it felt to me.

It's still early, so I haven't actually checked to see if any superhero powers came along with this experience.
Who knows, I may now be able to leap buildings in a single bound. Probably not though. Doesn't even matter.
That feeling of refreshment and invigoration was exactly whay I needed. Maybe there was even a molecule or
two of patience in there...hope so.
