What if there were no ascended masters and they were not making promises of a "better reality"? Then what would you do? Could you be content with that reality and enjoy life? You might then see that a better reality implies you are not content with the one you are experiencing. And yet it is what it is. This too shall pass but what will you do until the desirable changes take place? And when those changes happen that are preferable how long will that last? Watch things change. Four Seasons in one Day, and Eternal Moment is what life is. There are only changes that you prefer more than others because your ego says those changes dictate how you feel and think. But the real you knows that you get to choose how you think and feel regardless of those changes that make up the ever flowing realities that we tune in and out of with a simple shift of our focus.

Right now millions are being raped and tortured and you have the ability to be content or not. Contentment and bliss do not depend upon what is happening to you or anyone else. It is a state of mind you move into no matter what is happening to you or anyone else. It is not mental joy or any other mental emotion. It is being in the heart center of stillness and calm while the world spins around you.

While you are playing with the mental constructs that the "ascended masters" use to distract you from you center it is possible to also be at peace as you play. But when you allow that game to keep your thoughts distracted to the point of misery, this is delusion. Being angry and letting it go is not the same as being angry and stuffing that emotion deep inside you. This is what happens when we say one is ATTACHING to emotions. Play. Love. Feel anger, happiness, sorrow but letting it go as you experience it feels better than clasping onto it and manifesting it as a bodily or mental as illness. You have a choice. What feels better? What is delusion? These are the questions to ask yourself if you want to live a joyful life. But we are asking ourselves instead, when are the Galactics going to come and build a sea wall to save us from the rising waters? When will we be able to fly in space ships? When when when. And the answer is always soon soon soon. That has nothing to do with NOW NOW NOW.

If we are all ONE. Then we are all one spirit experiencing different realities in the Akashic or holographic field called the universe. Those ascended beings or ETs are just other versions of the one just as you and I are. We are part of the hologram. Some other versions are sovereign souls with energy bodies and some of what we are seeing are not what they appear to be. There is no way to know for certain about our realities because they are all illusions and fleeting. If we cannot grasp that reality there is no way we can survive a 5th dimensional world where everything is quickly fleeting and morphing from one thing to the next. Progress (ascension) calls for being fluid and open to experience without trying to pin down what truth is. "Truth has no tongue", said the little girl to the soldiers. Remember? "and I wonder, I always wonder what is right and what is wrong" It is what it is until enough people accept what it is or fight against it.

I know I tend to say the same thing in many different ways and probably the same exact thing LOL but I write these things because I know there are so many people suffering in the world, including myself, from temporary bouts of delusion. I stand for liberation.
