Recently, well, sorta recently, who can keep track of linear time these days? I blogged about losing my ability
to go outta body into the astral. I wasn't sure at the time what that was all about, but I got the awareness that
there was a change taking effect, and that change means I now go inwards instead of outta body. Wasn't too long
after that the Ancient Self rocked up.

So this morning I'm listening to an interview with David Sereda and he's talking about some sorta interference
mechanism that prevents human souls from escaping the astral. Has to do with chemtrails as well. I'm not too
sure I actually think ETs have some sorta 'machine or technology' they are beaming down on us, but the basic
concept seemed to resonate a whole lot with my recent experience.
