First we read excerpts from a very recent Message from God that has not yet appeared in any other context. Then we do a one-hour guided meditation through Yaël. The collective hearts of this group are a powerful force in bringing God's Love to the world. The awakening that God is creating through us through these Meditations is literally the heart of these "teachings."
