Hi family,
The last week has been much harder than expected. I still miss the woman I still love with all my heart. The crying is not over, yet... and with all these waves of energy, high and low tides, pushing and pulling, it can be quite a task to stay centered.
We are not just spirits!
I find it helpful to remind myself often that I am not just Spirit.
Or else I would still be on the other side of the Veil, not struggling with this 3D experience. We are here to bring Heaven to this Earth. Not here to just go back to Heaven ASAP.

Our very own Milky Way Galaxy is approximately 100 000 light years in diameter. So, at the speed of light (670 616 629 miles per hour), it would take 100 000 years to travel from one end to the other. That comes to approximately 580 000 000 000 000 000 miles wide. And that is just one galaxy.

As most of you, I’ve been going through ups and downs in this natural roller coaster ride that the Ascension process ends up to be. As recently as 15 months ago, I had never heard the word Ascension, never heard anything about Ascended Masters, Mer-ka-ba, chakras, meditation, etc.

3 teens were WRONGLY accused of brutal murders, just because of prejudice and fear. They were incarcerated in 1993!! And they are still doing time. One of them is actually on death row!
