How to Progress your Heart and Soul Quests

This month's Angelic Message specifically relates to the spring season. Following on from winter (traditionally linked to Ariel's Earth and opportunity for re-birth in both physical and spiritual ways), in May our alchemy can continue with Phuel's Element of Water. Water of Life helps your re-born spirit to prepare for flight.
Mine are all the Waters of Earth, from the mighty, turbulent seas from which your ancestors first crawled on to the land, to emerald lakes, bubbling streams and tiny pools. I guard and guide every one of them for they are my playgrounds, and yours (for you are mainly composed of water), and in the contrast between them all the understanding of my powers will be found.
At this glorious time I speak of my smallest duty of care: the clear and sparkling drop of morning dew on the velvety May Day flower, for dew is borne out of Ariel's Air — Breath of Life — to manifest as my Water of Life on Mother Earth. Bathe your face in morning dew and sense its strong yet gentle power in heart and soul. Connect with Ariel and me, for my message here tells you of the link between Water and Air; both elements hold alchemy to nourish your newly determined spiritual re-birth.
Let my Water of Life flow round you metaphorically, a dazzling stream to bring you calmness and clarity, so that you can see where to fly, for like my mystical dragonfly you will soar from Water into Air on rainbow wings, as your spiritual consciousness rises. Even more important, now, that Water of Life continues to nurture you, so growth is strong and sturdy, your quest leading ever onwards and upwards, further into the sky and Light.
Water in different emotional guises to aid you to heal and develop on your Heart Quest.
Phuel is the angel who reminds you that water has many moods and secrets. Consider the power of the moon over the sea-green oceans and tides, the force of the great waterfalls, compared with the still water of a mountain lake. Our emotions are very like the waters of the earth. Sometimes they are turbulent, sometimes harmonious. For some people they are like a roller coaster, lurching from one extreme to the opposite, for others they are frozen.
You can use the cool blue-green healing energy of water to rinse away external negativity from your body — will it away while showering, bathing or swimming. Phuel also helps you to harness the healing powers of water to balance emotions, either of yourself or others. He suggests you focus particularly on the solar chakra, the seat of the emotions and the heart.
Use calming malachite or aquamarine, the stone of the emotions (also called "water of the sea" and a talisman for sea journeys). Invoke Phuel and visualise a pure, aquamarine stream or ray flowing down through the energy meridian from crown to base chakra, asking that it washes away any hurt or trauma. Feel the cleansing coolness as it flows down, releasing any dark energy, sending it spiralling away to be neutralised for good by Mother Earth.

Spring is the time when water is of utmost importance for all to grow, but in all seasons and at every moment water has many guises and aspects. A still pool of my water holds a perfect reflection of you, but ruffle the water and it fragments. Is your life still or fragmented? If the latter, call on me to bring the emotional calmness that you need to return your life to stillness. For only from a position of calm can you properly consider how to develop your newly birthed ideas and desires and bring them to fruition.

About Angela McGerr
Angela McGerr spent over 30 years as a businesswoman before determining the need to bring a more spiritual focus into her life. In 1999, she was persuaded by her sister Joanna to follow her into the world of energy healing, with a view to being able to train others in self-healing.
On starting this path Angela immediately found her first white feather, having been told this was a spiritual sign from the angels! On the strength of this, in 2002 Quadrille agreed to publish the Harmony Angel Cards — still Angela's best selling title so far. Angelic Abundance followed in September 2003, Gold & Silver Guardian Angels in September 2004, An Angel For Every Day in September 2005, Heart & Soul Angel Cards (a companion set for the Harmony Angel Cards) in August 2006. Most recent is The Angel Quest of the Heart (October 2007). All titles are still in print and translations are available in Dutch, French, German, Lithuanian, Czech and Slovak, with more in the pipeline. Special US editions have now been published. As at winter 2007 collective international sales of Angela's books and cards approach 700,000 copies.
