URGENT HELP PLEASE

I'm from Roumania and i have a serious problem with my doughter that need urgently solve. She is 2 years old and she was diagnosticated with a tumour in the center of cerebellum at the bulbo-pontin level which has no medical prescription in Roumania but it can be treated surgical.
This tumour progress very fast and i need your help imediatly.
