Cleansing - your experiences? (also problems posting in forums.)

I tried posting this in forums and it said "forums field" must be completed, and it wouldnt let me write anything in there.
HELP!

Dear friends,

I am engaging in a course of cleansing as I am wanting to eliminate toxins from my body. (especially mercury
which may be there from having 3 fillings replaced this fall.)

Has anyone else done cleansing? What products do you use? What are your results?

I am using "First Cleanse" by www.renewlife.com as an introduction to cleansing so it will be more gentle on my system
and then need to do a heavy metal cleanse. It was recommended to me by the body worker I have seen on and off for 10 years.

I have been doing it for the 4 introductory days, and I am totally exhausted. I don't know if this is from the cleansing
only, or that I have also been to a funeral, spent time with friend and have a lot of responsibilities on my mind.

"Trinity" here gave me a wonderful pesto recipie for removing heavy metals and I need to make that up!!
There are some ingredients, like Brazil nuts that are hard to find. I will try to look it up and point you to the recipie.
