My First Meditation Experences

Last weekend, 7/7/08 - 7/8/08, I listened to ISIS by Dearest Rosalie, and saw my 3rd eye. The next day I listened to these all in a row;
 "Divine Original Blue Print" - "God Code" full Activation from Shekina, then ISIS again. I felt so much intense energy, Next I listened to
free meditation MP3's  from Dawn-Abraham, I had downloaded her and very briefly, softly and dimmly I met Lord Ashtar, Lord Jesus,
Lord Moses & Lord Melchizedek. Others were there as well to the sides of me I couldn't see them but knew they were there, there lots
of deap tears that sprung forth guilt and forgives of things done in my past. I awoke around 3 hours later, drank lots of water and went
to bed, after I got back up I had some physical cleansing like I had taken some sort of herbal toxin cleanser.
Today, while listening to Mariposa astral,  Healing for Starseeds and Walkins Part I  meditation, I will most defently listen to the other 3 parts on YouTube.
I saw my 3rd eye, brighter colors, grid patterns, a pyramid with a bright light above it and briefly reconnected to Lord Ashtar during and after. 
There was not realy any conversation as before, but I did sence healing going through my body and connecting with Gaia.
I have been , feeling more energetic, feeling like I need to get out and touch Gaia, I mean like a physical change of occupation to be outdoors.
I am starting to recconect to a christian belief of communing 24/7, I have treated my Gaia and my container poorly, time for change in that now.
I have given up drinking or at least I haven't wanted two since I got here. I had been drinkng mainly red wine and lagers, but have been craving my filtered water more and more.
I smoke like a chimney though, working on it, I started rolling my own with natural tobaco, a little better and a lot cheaper. I know I will evently quit this nasty addiction soon.
Although I have read that it is easier on the body if one works on a better diet for a while before quiting, I don't have the link but will add later for more about if anyone wants, let me know.
