Call them what you will, perceptual filters, ego filters the effect is the same, they are mostly obsolete and, you probable are witnessing beyond what you are comfortable with-and-panic.

One recommends many ways to bring yourself here now; none of them include self or, profesional, medicating. Start with aknowledging you're really very small within a really big cosmos-equal-to this realization is quite astounding. The cosmos is also you and, the body you witness as being yourself is the only small thing about you.

With out being distracted by these truths; stand in a doorway. Place your fingers interlaced together over your solar plexus with your heels together, preferably, while bare foot. Close your eyes-say to oneself-nothing important is happening here. From this place, within the doorway, you have a modicum of choice. You can enter one room or the other, you can sit you can stand ..you get the idea. The important thing being you are powerful; your choices matter.

Now let your self feel this strength. Breathe into this feeling and let it fill your entire being. Now some things in your life... you probably aren't happy about. Hum, with your hands and feet still within this mudra allow the hum to develop. See where it leads allow the awareness to be only simple at the surface. All is phenomena nothing more. Remember "nothing important is happening here."

Cry if you feel cry. Scream if you feel scream. Remember subtlety is, more often then not, best. Your body will release toxins, emotions, fears-if-you remember to push, nothing important is happening here, thru.

Now take a bath with sea salt epson salt or simply baking soda. This will clear your meridians, fields and energetic bodies. Rinse repeat till you are fully courageous. Pardon me a lame attempt at humor.

While you are at it-invoke-the *"triple grid." Perform a *"field entity release" and an *"astral parasite removal" etc. et all ...you may find that growling speeds things along. Do the *"unified chakra meditation" and lastly invoke the "Elohim of the rays" and if you like and your Spirit directs "-the Elohim of the Emanations."

As Tavis Smiley says "keep the faith."
