The Cat’s Prayer

Our kitty who art at home

Hallowed be thy mat

Thy bowl-ful come

Thy will be done

In kitchen as well as bed

Give us this day our daily purr

And forgive us our trespasses

As we forgive you for scratching the furniture

And lead us not toward the Vet

But deliver us from evil

For thine is the kitchen, the power, and the glory,

for ever and ever

Amen
