Dr. Strangelove Reappears: The China Earthquakes

Scalar wave technology, used by the psychopaths running the USA to cause mayhem and devastation at home and elsewhere, appears to be the culprit in the recent horrific earthquakes in China. TPTB in China, who have their own agendas, and who are not wholly in the pocket of the NWO, are not amused.
