What's wrong with me?

Whats' wrong with me today? I've been walking round in neutral- and feel utterly lost right now and sad, sad, sad. It's been a beautiful day, my husband and I are doing well, I'm happy with my life- so where's this coming from suddenly? I felt great yesterday. This feeling of desperation has snuck up on me over the past few hours...everything suddenly feels so pointless.
