Had a little chat with Fear today

Which is not usual. That mischievous Spirit likes to bug me all the time. Most of the time he likes to pop in when I have a million other things on my mind and I don't realize he's there until he's totally monopolized my thoughts. I call him the inhibitor because he dines on my insecurity and snacks on my inhibitions for desert. Anyway, I told him I was just having too much fun with life right now so I was putting him on a diet. He did not seem to be too put out or effected by me not throwing him morsels of my energy...I suppose it's because he knows if he really gets starving..he can go feed on someone else. May your true self shine today, and that person not be you........with giggles and grins....... darla mae
