Do you crave sweets when you do lightwork?

Beloved family,

I wanted to share and ask something with you. Everytime I do lightwork of any kind I crave sweets soooo much, is like I can't hold it anymore and need a candy, piece of sweet or something to calm my cravings. I want to point out that I am not diabetic, my sugar is normal. The last week I have been working triple jobs, sort of speak, ahahahahah!! My regular job at the office, being a mom at home, and my spiritual job, reiki, readings, etc. Today I finished reading oracles to two people plus using the pendulum for adivination and after I have done it all I did was to run downstairs to get cake, I had two pieces of cake just like that and lots of water after. I am still tired but at least it helped a lot with the energy I was lacking. Sometimes I have to send reiki to a group of people for different reasons, prayers, then adivinations and oracles too, all in one day. Today I will relax and take a break with a friend of mine after work, and then go home and sleep like a heavy baby.
