True communication - speaking thru your heart

When we communicate.. :)

We talk.
We write.
We shout.
We read.
We use words to define that what we feel.
We use our body to express what we feel.

That what we feel we cast into sounds.
The sounds make up words.
But, the words, made up of sounds, can't even hold a fraction of what the feeling was.
So how good, do we communicate?

Maybe that is what seperates us.
What keeps the boundry up.
Keeps us in duality.

We seek Harmony
We seek to be as One.

So if we want to come together, we need to communicate differently
We need to be pure to each other.
So there can be no misunderstanding.

Our head, our mind, always wants to control our every move.
And even after the move, it still checks up if we did it okay !
And so does our mind work with communication as well.. It interferes..

So in order to communicate purely,
We must not communicate with our head.
Not with words.
But pure.

Here comes.. speaking thru the heart.
From our heart comes pureness.
Not clouded by the mind.
When we feel love... it is pure in the heart.
And later we get pictures in our head.
But it was at first pure in the heart....

So let's not share impurity..
Let's share purity.
Let's be completely open and tru.

Speak with our hearts..

How ?

Think of the one, you really want to communicate with...
Feel that what you want to say.
You might at once get thoughts of the words... No problem.
But surely feel what you mean to say :)
Concentrate on your heart.
Open your heart and let your feeling flow towards the other person...
Straight into his/her heart.

When you choose to communicate like this.
It is important to receive like this.

So consiously open your heart to communication thru your heart.
Just let it in and feel !!!!

At first you might just feel what the other wants to say.. And see a face with it.
You will hear what the other wants to say.. often not with words, but you know it.
You recognize it and you can use your own words to realize it...

Let's become One as One.
