Can Astral Traveling makes u sick?

I believe today around 5:30am, I was atral traveling, it was unconciously, I was meditating and drifted into sleep, I was having very weird dreams(can't fully remember), but lastly I found myself floating or better say, going up and down without being able to control it, it to mysfel as if something was dragging me up and down, but the thing is that I wasn't in my room, I was somewhere else's room... I was trying to stop it and hold myself to something, and was desperately trying to call for help, I couldn't move my lips so finally ... I call upon AA Michael for help.

That's when I was able to wake up, or go back to my body.. I started laughing, because it was funny that I was going up and down, kind of like a roller coaster..lol, I laugh at it.. because honestly I though it was funny. Anyhow, after a few minutes I felt slightly sick of my stomach and as I type feel drained, still not feeling well completely and kind of space out.

Was it a dream or was I traveling? and can u get sick from it?
