TONING

Beloved Friends,

Greetings in love and light!  

I wanted to share with you about the art of Toning.  Toning is an art of allowing sound to move through you playing your body like an instrument.  It unlocks wisdom doorways and allows information to flood into your body.

 Toning is a key to releasing stored knowledge.  Knowledge is stored in every cell of our body; our body is a priceless tool that can release and tap into the depth of Divine wisdom locked within itself and within Mother Earth if we choose to unfold at this time.

Toning with intention (imagination with your mind’s eye or visualization with feeling) is a very powerful form of prayer.  As you are toning intend peace, joy and wisdom for yourself and for the Earth.  We are here to heal not only ourselves but the planet also.

Imagine the Earth as a splendid place of existence, see the Earth in its pristine beauty, and see yourself dwelling in harmony amidst this splendor.  Everything that you think and imagine with the toning you energize into form!
