Being with the spirit - being ONE.

Hello loved one.

This i want to share with you.
A meditation i did.
I so hope, you'll see what i saw and feel what i felt as you read what i wish to share.

I was invited by a friend to come and join a meditation session.
I was a little late and hurried to the place i was to be.

I rushed in, but because i was exited and late, i didn't quite have peace in me :)

I sat down and we did a guided meditation.
The goal, was to connect with God/Spirit whatever you want to name him/her/it !

I sat down and couldn't quite focus, because i was to psyched still...

Then suddenly it was like i shot out of my body.
Straight up.

And as i became aware, that i left my body, i could see him.... He was right in front of me.
I saw him, but no form. Just the energy.
And as i saw him, he welcomed me as his best friend. And i welcomed him as my best friend.
Do you know the feeling, when you see your best friend or loved one, and you hugg each other, and you want that moment to last forever.
That's what i had with my friend, the almighty :)
We started dancing and spiraling around each other.

And as we did, i noticed he took me even further up.
Untill we reached a place, where i could see no form, but it all looked like a soft structure, pink colored.
And my friend and i where just there. Me and my BEST friend....

Then we started dancing again and he took me up even further, until i suddenly was in a place, where i could only see bright white light. No forms at all. I couldn't even see my friend anymore, as he had the same brilliant shine as everything surrounding me... So i looked around and then i felt him.
My best friend... But.. He didn't feel like my best friend anymore, i felt he was my father.
It totally overwhelmed me and i could feel so much love for him and felt he had so much love for me.....

Then he said look.. and out of nowhere a white rose appeared.
The rose went away again..
Then a white flower appeared, i think it was an orchid ( i am not good with flowers )
And i was so thankfull for these gifts, he gave me...

Then the orchid disapeared again.

And suddenly, there was my other half. right in front of me.
I saw her. And i got super exited and felt so much love.
She embraced me and i felt so complete. We did..
As my heart started to glow, so could i see that the brightest white light around me, i had ever seen, became even brighter.
Everything started to glow.

Then, i started to descent, together with Him... We danced of joy as we went down.
We came down and went into the pink area, and then we came back down to earth.

I could see myself entre my body again and saw my group, where is was with.
As i looked up, there was this bright white light, Him, smiling at me.
He asked me... May i join you ?
And i remember thinking to myself.. your almighty ! why ask.. and laughed in myself.
But ofcourse, as he was again my best friend i invited him with me.

He came down and entered my head.
I could see the world thru my eyes, then his eyes, my eyes. and so on. I realised we were dancing again.
But to live life with this ever changing sight wouldn't be to handy.
So, we merged into one and i could see, just how beautifull this world is.

With no limits, no time, no space. And everything possible, what we imagine.
We are living in paradise. We just have to look and see..
