I have just received Indigo Ocean Dreams CD and three books that go with this CD on controling our emotions...feeling good about ourselves...and healing colors. These are meditation stories and they are AMAZING! I liked them as much as my daughter did. It says that these are for ages 6-up...however my daugter is 4 1/2 and she enjoyed them. I Highly recommend them.....and I am going to get the family package.
