my guides

I've written before about my guides, but I don't think I've explained who they are, I feel incredibly lucky to have them. I've done alot of searching for my main guide in the 2 years I've been doing meditation, I've come to the conclusion I don't think I'll ever really truely know.

I have a native american Cree Indian, who's name was given to me on the weekend, it was a 'doh' moment, everytime I see him he's standing by water, in water or there's water going on somewhere in the meditation. He's beautiful and I really feel his energy when he's around. He's a shape shifter, he's taught me about crystals and shaman type things. His name roughly translated 'running water' maybe he's telling me where he comes from as I've now changed my wallpaper on my page from what I can find out Cree Indian's are from the Niagra falls area, I would really love to see this area maybe in the future eh?

The second guide (for all the way through my life the number 2 has been important to me) I feel is a Mayan gentleman. I feel I know him from a past life. He shows me the Mayan pyramids, pyramids of any sort and the ankh symbol. It did make me feel that maybe I did have an egyptian with me. It doesn't matter, again I know when he's around.

I have had other workers who come in, some have been family members and friends who I'm eternally grateful for their wisdom and help within situations. I've had someone from the Roman civilisation also.

I think the thing to bear in mind, whoever your guide is. If you have a passion for a particular piece of history, civilisation it could well be your guide trying to tell you, they are around. I know the pyramid and egyptian theme has run through my life since very young.

One thing to add, I have seen a black cloaked gentleman, who's very handsom, he's held my hand before now and took me through my meditations. He's no-one I know, he's very tall and slim and incredibly shy but in the early stages he was there most meditations helping and showing me things. He disappeared when my native american stepped close to me last year, but last week he came back. I am so pleased to see him! :)

They are mostly unseen, I thank mine on a daily basis for the day's experiences, I love mine unconditionally. They go through everything we go through. So when we are upset, it touches them. Send loving thoughts out to yours it's amazing what they can do!

Love and Light
