When your Halo slips

I' not writing this with any one in particular in mind. Just sharing some ideas.
We all get days when our Halo slips, the wheels come off, a bad hair day. Those days when you get grumpy, frustrated irritated, foul mouthed. A horrid person that you don't like and dont want to share the same body with. Most of the time you are able to know immediately who and what pushed the nasty button and you acknowledge the experience, do some prayin and meditatin and tommorrow you are Miss Sunshine again. It's not that you have lost your faith or self, you have misplaced it and you need to get it back badly. So you try every trick in the book and some tricks from someone else's book if neccasary just to feel good again.
Then you get situations where you have to stand back and see from the other persons view point or mood and deal with it. Chuck it or make peace.
The difficult part is when you cannot identify the source of your misery or frustration. You have cleansed, balanced the chakras, checked to see if you got zapped by bad astral radiation or someone elses negative vibes, you have cleaned and buffed the third eye and ate raw spinach for a week and drank carrot juice just in case its the normal eyes. You flew around your broom stick at 4 sharp every afternoon but the feeling sticks.You feel grim and angry and sorry for yourself but dont show it. Too proud.
Maybe we should do a SWOT analysis of yourself instead of our the businesses.
A SWOT analisis is a tool used in Business Management to make sense of the company s purpose,where you are going, where you are right now.
You take a piece of paper, sit yourself down and very neatly devide the paper in 4 sqaures. Left Top is S for Strengths
You list all your strenghts and be honest and fair and nice to yourself. It is your personal document (top secret) for your eyes and use only. Next, top right is W for weaknesses.
Beneath the strenghs list your O for Opportunities and next to that under the Weaknesses you list T for Threats.
Remeber you cannot do anything about your Strengths,they are already there and also you cannot do anything about Threats because they have not happened and at this stage exist only in your head. If the sky falls we are all going to wear blue caps, right!? Study the lists individually every word one by one. How can you improve or work on your weaknesses? Can you maybe turn your Weaknesses around so that they can become Opportunity or a Strength?
Right your own report about Your company. Let go of goals that does not fit into your new improved vision. Chuck out useless emotions. Set yourself brand new goals. Whats the use of a mind if you cant change it.
Get your Love and Peace and Harmony back.
Then plonk your Halo back on your Goldie Locks, Smile and be Happy.
