 I'm Sane

I know I can't rely
On others cause they lie
Took it all away from me
When I was on my knees
Their self-interested gains
Caused me so much pain
I can't believe what they did
My life they tried to rid

They're full of lies
Making me compromise
Never to support
Its my fault of course
They think they know me
Look but don't see
Self centered are they
I see the games they play

I am forced to agree
With the way they see
How can I do that
When I know it's crap
But they are the one's
That are holdin the gun
So I make up lies to tell
Truth would put them in hell

It's time I said goodbye
To their influence in my life
Now I  finally do realize
Their views were never mine
It's been their lack of faith
That caused my current state
What if they had lived my life
Would they still put a fight

Simply put I'm free
Cause I truly do believe
Gonna now live my dream
Learned from where I've been
I now will walk far away
Form those that made me pay
And put me to so much shame
You'll now know me as Sane
