Moving on from this, just a small step and speaking as one who has 'closed the door' and then come out the other side...We are finding now that many are moving forward from this stage depicted here. For me, I have 're-opened' the doorway and stepped out to embrace these energies, High, Low and all in between.
As I have connected to higher light, brought it into my space and created a sacred space of Joy and Love, I have rooted, grounded/anchored it into this earth. My Sanctified space is now here with me wherever I choose to go in this physical world. It breathes with me, it is me.
My time of the 'closed door' was needed, I feel it was imperative. It allowed me the space and the learning I needed to become adjusted to these energies and helped me to to ground firmly into them and then to firmly ground them into this earth. Without that time of the closed door it would have been very difficult be one with this higher energy for I would (and indeed was prior to closing the door!) have been bombarded by all frequencies all of the time and would not have had the chance to find what I am..LOL in the confusion of all of the energies with flow within this world it is hard to separate those energies which are ourselves and those which simply flow or are the property/burdens/lessons/simply energy of someone/something else. Once I had worked out which ones were me, I could ground them, stand and grow within them, bring more of them in and then, when the moment was ready and right I re-opened that doorway stepped back into this world and embraced all, high, low and in between.
Prior to, and as I lived and learned within the state of the closed door, although my state of Grace developed and grew I was unable to tollerate for instance, going shopping, being in a crowd or being within a space where anything vibrated at a lower frequency than my particular state. Ignoring the negative and accentuating the positive worked wonders, yet still I became drained, un grounded and ill if I ventured to leave the relative sanctuary of my home for any length of time... Once I closed the door, I had sanctuary. If I opened the door I became bombarded with all that is 'out there'.
 
As I step out into this world now I am fully grounded into those energies which I connected to, I can walk  with my doors and my heart open, I am able to walk thro many of the denser energies which are here at this time, they either step out of my space or they step into it, come to Light and are transmuted, changed to the frequency of Love and Joy, its/their choice, i do not look for them, they find me if needed/required. For much of the heavier which flows into my space is not conscious choice to reset, it just happens, just as I do not have to consciously think of breathing, it just happens, yet for some which come to my awareness I still do have to consciously transmute/reset them LOL I hope this shall become easier with practice and development and as I connect with more of my higher light:)
Now when i walk through a crowded street or go shopping, I can do it with ease, work with both conscious and unconsious awareness setting and resetting the energies which flow into my state. I am no longer drained nor bombarded by outside energy, for I gratefully accept all, bring all energies to joy and allow them to flow. LOL It is Joyous and happy experience! 
Yes, That Closed Door time was important, needed and required. I can Highly recommend it to those who wish or feel it is right to try it, as long as, when the moment is right for you, and you will know when that time is right!! You reopen that door and move on into this world bringing that inner grace, joy and love to each and every moment, space and shopping center, work place... everywhere that your consciousness flows to!
