Darkness closes around my heart leaving me cold.
The wind howls and moans of promise of a world I have reason to fear.
Pulling me down into the depths of blackness. The yearning to claw my way out growing weaker.
The voices around me whisper of feeling so long forgotten.
The pain is not mine and it won't let me go
I haven't the will to fight as the screams go unheard.
This battle rages on the inside leaving deep wounds that turn to faded scars.
My sould is smothering without the light making me desperate and scared.
Still I fight the emotions the cloud around me and invade.
