The Ceremony~ Surrender to death.
Posted June 3rd, 2008 by Zero KnowledgeSurrender to death. Just let go. What is past is dead. We live in the moment. Usually, the Angel of Death will bring us something better than what we have surrendered. The Angel of Death stays behind us throughout our life, eating away the moment we have just traversed and making it possible for us to constantly move into the future.
Silence by Adyashanti
Posted June 1st, 2008 by Zero KnowledgeTrue silence has everything to do with our state of consciousness. I think we're all familiar with what I call a manufactured silence, which is a dead sort of silence. If you have been in meditation groups, you have probably experienced a manufactured silence. This conditioning is the result of our upbringing, our schooling, the traditional thought-patterns of our social contacts, of our caste or our place generally on the social ladder.

Posted May 9th, 2008 by Zero KnowledgeAn Unfinished Poem by Adyashanti
Listen now, or lose your life, for what I have to say is what you have imagined in quiet moments but have failed to realize in full. Perhaps you were too timid or astonished at the critical moments, or couldn't find the courage to step through the veil of your frail life when the door was opened for you.

The universe is a giant doughnut!
In physics, they call it a torus. Physicists speculate that
the universe is torroidal-shaped. However, being a great fan of
simplicity, I prefer the more 'sugar-coated' term, doughnut.
Moving beyond physics and into metaphysics, which is where all
