Hello Lighties,
yes I settled into the meditation around 11pm, extracting all my trash into the cardboard box out the front first up (sorry not a real spiritually uplifting holistic start hey!! but relevant all the same, haha!!), then swinging under the Crystal Archway to be swept up by Cari and her infectious love we share for each other and indeed us all in oneness.
We were off like a couple of teenagers at a rave party!.. dancing, hugging, mingling, flying around, dipping & splashing in the Rejuvenation Pool, havin' a ball with all the other light beings, too numerous to mention..................then my inner peace took over, and I fell asleep again!
Yes folks, 3rd week in a row. Woke up around 1am.
Beautifully in delta. Its obviously a great tonic for the soul, so Im in 2 minds now. Continue to do the same, or purposely try and extend my conciousness veriantly concentrating on the meditation.- No that wont work.
I think I will just go with the flow and see where the Source takes us on this wonderful journey.
