Petra and I were asked to write about our experiences on how to complete Planetary and Cosmic Ascension. Here are a few tidbits
from the chapter on "How do I really ascend? "

How do I really ascend? What is ascension?
The following below information is designed to assist you in your planetary ascension. After planetary ascension, you start working on your cosmic ascension. There are many phases that you go through during planetary ascension that also assist you in our cosmic ascension. This is a great opportunity given to us by the Company of Heaven. This is the lifetime to integrate the frequencies of energy into you as this is the end of a 12,500 year cycle. At the end of any given cycle, many dispensations are given that allow you to integrate, learn and to complete all the steps necessary to complete both planetary and cosmic ascension. Many of you have already completed your planetary ascension in a previous lifetime and are coming back this lifetime to complete Cosmic Ascension. Many of you have already completed cosmic ascension and are coming back to assist others in guiding them and helping them in their ascension. You just need assistance in remembering who you are.
Mother Earth is preparing to take her ascension and the human souls that are doing the work will be ascending too. At this point, not everyone will ascend into the higher levels like mother earth. There are many that are not doing the work nor are they even aware of ascension.
Concentration becomes a critical component to your success.

Many have been working on their ascension path over the last 30 years or so and as many are anchoring the light, and as the amount of light on the planet becomes more profound, it allows those just getting starter to complete their ascension in a shorter period of time.
The Rays from Mother, Father God, including the Twelve earthly rays and the six Cosmic rays are important to anchor in the bodies. There are also many more cosmic rays that come with your Cosmic Ascension. There are also many hot spots on the planet that are activation areas for particular rays and energy. At the completion of this series, a trip to Sedona can solidify many of the rays within the physical body. There are sacred points and sacred vortexes in Sedona for each of the 12 rays. Petra and I will be taking a group there and sharing a sacred area where one of the gates is anchored in 2009.
It is also important to anchor the Three fold flame in your heart expanding into the lattice of light encompassing the body and the earth and the energies run up from the earth through our body and out the top of our head filling up into a lattice of light with the 12 planetary rays. Wherever this flower of life lattice intersects, the rays will be in each segment eventually in, through and around each intersection point of the tetrahedron.
What is the first step to ascension?
The first step to your ascension is for you to put yourself on the path. Consciously put yourself on the path through surrendering to your I AM Presence. In the bible it is written, put no other Gods before me and what was meant by that is do not put any Gods before your I AM Presence. Reading everything that was possibly available back before 2000 was a daily event. I knew every website on the internet that was dedicated or talked about ascension. I probably read 150 books on spirituality over a six month period of time. I learned about so many things and cultures and healing techniques. One of the most important pieces of information that I learned was about who are the Ascended Masters and what are they responsible for and of course about my I AM PRESENCE.
What is the next step? Surrender
When you surrender and when Karma is balanced the soul will start to become more aware and take on an initiation. What is Karma? Karma has been described many ways. One way is you reap what you sow and another is there is cause and effect. To obtain planetary ascension, you need to clear 51% of your karma on earth.
What is the next step? The next step is to clear the density and the bodies of misqualified energies from your life stream. Your life stream encompasses all lifetimes. Every thought that is misqualified will need to be transmuted. It is a consciousness level. While you are learning and working on removing the misqualified energies from your bodies, you will also learn how to transmute negative thoughts and feelings as they come in to your thoughts and feelings. This is important so that you don’t take two steps back and then two steps forward. This allows you to always continue to keep taking two steps forward.
Next step - Unlearning all the untruths
I had been told to unlearn everything that I had learned this lifetime and to stop all the negativity on information from entering my consciousness. For me I disconnected myself from watching television and seeing movies that would trigger negative emotions and cancelled the daily newspaper. It also included dropping away from as many negative situations that I had control of and a lack of interest to be around friends that drained me of my energy. Eventually, as you clear out the discordant energies the liquid light begins to fill the bodies and that is where the ultimate protection and rejuvenation is.
Next step - Moving from Victim Consciousness to Creator Consciousness
I started to learn how to control the outcome of situations, winning in court over disputes and getting immediate assistance from nowhere when my car broke down. Getting assistance from nowhere becomes key. It really is not nowhere, but when you start with it, it feels like nowhere.
There is also the realization that you have been manifesting everything in your life. You may have not been consciously aware of it before, but you are starting to realize it now. How do you realize it? When you are able to be in the NOW moment is when you see this. You also as a result of this are able to release the idea of victim consciousness and start to embrace creator consciousness. Learning how to take control of your thoughts and to realize when the thoughts are your own or when they are coming from the mass consciousness is realized. The violet flame invoked through invocation and decrees starts to release the discordant energies necessary to start purifying the bodies and the chakra systems.

What are the Rays?
The rays can be described as vibrational frequencies of Divine Unfolding Light emanating from the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated within our various energy bodies, and allow us to be conscious of ourselves as these magical Beings of Light. They further assist in the activation of the dormant DNA, and the awakening to our multidimensional memories. As such, the influence of the rays can take us into a deeper understanding of our Light work, as well as giving insight into particular behavioral patterns we may still be integrating.
All of the rays are directed from the source level. The rays are stepped down 345 levels from the Creator Council of Twelve to your Planetary Hierarchy. The 345 levels are simply stepping down the energy through the Planetary Hierarchy.
In closing, for those of you that have experienced now the release of the J seals, keep the liquid light pouring into your physical bodies. It is really important. Remember, we are the Holy Grail.
