I try to ask my Higher Self, if I like to know something, when im helpless, puzzled...Today in the afternoon, i was standing in my one-roome flat and some seconds was looking at the yellow wall, then I noticed my usual meditation colour : violet. great! Later I was asking my Higher Self: What I shall do nowdays. The answer came quick: be only in your Spirit Heart. :-)
