I always see energy in the air when I look at the sky. It looks like little sparkles wiggling around. Today I was in my bathroom doing my hair. I turned around and walked into my room. All of a sudden all these little sparks of energy were all around me. I instantly realized what it was and was ecstatic. It made me feel so happy. Then it was gone. It was clearly visible and this is the first time I had seen it so clearly indoors. It was as though I could reach out and grab it. It was beautiful. Two questions;

1. Has anyone else ever had this experience?
2. Could it be the energy of a spirit?
3. Could it be that I am just allowing myself to be open to it, which I already thought I was?
