This Is All That There Is.

 I have come to the conclusion that this life is not about learning. Its about coming to the understanding, mind expansion and realisation of all that I already DO know.
 
I know it ALL...I just do not fully consciously realise exactly what ALL really is.
 
Today I Love All, really All, from a grain of sand, a wooden table, planets and space dust, molecules and mountains, my neighbours and his enemy and his friend alike. I love my Lover, I love my allies and foes, I love my nightmare and my delightful dream. I Love my suffering and my sorrow, I Love my Love. I Love my highest Joy and my Lowest Low. I Love you who disagrees with me for one thing or another, not despite your disagreement, but because of your unique expression of Gods consciousness, expressed differently to mine, yet perfect in its presentation to you, for you, by you. I Love and know that within that Love I am able to stand in my Truth and allow you to stand freely within yours.
 
I say 'Namaste' to my drinking cup and then it overflows, I say namaste to the spillage and it aids the cleaning of my beloved kitchen work top. Both and all are Divine consciousness working in synchronicity with Divine consciousness to bring about acceptance of Divine consciousness.
 
I say namaste to the music, the heart beat of Life, I dance within it and say namaste to the steps which I take, no matter their depth, tread or destination.
 
I am numb with the shock and awe at the completeness and fullness of the Love that is All.
 
I know that I fully come into the knowing, the acceptance and the realisation that all this and more also Loves me.
I unconditionally accept and receive Love from a grain of sand, from a wooden table, from the sentient being that is my neighbours cat. I accept unconditionally the Love of my friends and foes alike, I accept with no reserve the Love that my suffering may or may not hold, held and may hold for me in the future. I receive with no conditions the Love of my Love, the Love of my Joy, the Love of my pain, the Love of my unique frequency of Gods Consciousness...the Love that I am, the Love of my lack the Love of my not lack. Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Eternal.
 
Today I openly receive the Love of All that is and my Gratitude knows no bounds.
 
By my true, no conditioned acceptance of all, no strings, no ties and no binds then all becomes Love, by becoming Love it is truly unconditionally accepted by All.
 
I am safe, for I Love and I am Loved truly by all that there is, ever has been and ever shall be.
 
 
And so it flows; This dance of Life, This dance of Love.
