For some reason, it's hard for me to keep motivated on eating
healthy each and every day. I will even fall into a sort of pit
and eat things that I know are outright BAD for me. I have tried
to eat a RAW diet, and it's so very intensive.
I have not been able to establish a community immediately around me to find support in my
eating. It seems like you need to pay to join classes etc. I have
reached out to people I met at the potlucks, but no calls back. I
realize people are busy. I also posted a platonic personal ad looking
for someone to get together for healthy meals, but it got twisted into
a dating thing, and that golden thread has been cut.
I've felt very good about connecting with people here.
I'm interested to know what kinds of healthy things you eat everyday.
Do you have a routine? Do you eat with others? How do you stay motivated?
Today for my first meal I had some vegetable juice, rye crackers with guacamole,
several cloves of pickled garlic, one natural hormone free chicken drum stick (I
know), and the equivalent of 2 flax corn chips.
I packed to take with me, a probiotic yogurt, an apple, a probiotic candy bar,
and some pumpkin seeds.
